Encore Reviews- Fool Me Once by Harlan Coben

Welcome to our first review of 2017. This week we are reviewing Fool Me Once by Harlan Coben, published in paperback in August 2016.

Death seems to follow former special ops pilot Maya. She is now a civilian following an unauthorized shooting. Her sister has been murdered and now so has her husband. Three separate incidents, or are they? When the bullets who kill her sister and her husband are from the same gun the odds quickly stack up against them being not being related. Things twist and turn from there back to her brother-in-laws death many years before to corporate scandal and the ethics of whistle blowers. I have a reputation of solving mysteries within the first few minutes of a book (or movie), but I did not guess the ending of this book. Even when I read the conclusion, I thought there could be another plot twist to follow.

Do I recommend this book? Yes, yes, yes! One of the best mysteries I have read, ever. This is the first book I have read by Harlan Coben, I will be looking for more.
